本发明提供一种环保抗菌防辐射服装面料,所述服装面料以抗菌防辐射纤维为纱线织成面料本体,所得面料本体经染色以及后处理得服装面料成品,所述抗菌防辐射纤维包括如下重量份的成分:竹炭纤维:20~30份,石墨烯基碳纳米纤维:5~10份,纳米银抗菌母粒:20~30份,蚕丝纤维:15~20份,甲基纤维素:10~20份,壳聚糖:5~10份,硬脂酰胺:5~10份,水溶性粘合剂:5~10份。所述服装面料采用特制的抗菌防辐射纤维,赋予面料优良的抗菌防辐射性能,且抗菌防辐射纤维成分设计合理,制备成本低,经济效益好。
The invention provides an environment-friendly, antibacterial and anti-radiation garment material. In the garment material, antibacterial and anti-radiation fibers are used as yarns to be woven into a shell fabric main body, and the shell fabric main body is subject to dyeing and post treatment to form a finished product of the garment material. The antibacterial and anti-radiation fibers are prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of bamboo charcoal fiber, 5 to 10 parts of graphene based carbon nanofibers, 20 to 30 parts of nano-silver antimicrobial master batches, 15 to 20 parts of silk fibers, 10 to 20 parts of methylcellulose, 5 to 10 parts of chitosan, 5 to 10 parts of stearamide and 5 to 10 parts water-soluble binder. In the garment material, the specific antibacterial and anti-radiation fibers are adopted, so that the shell fabric is endowed with excellent antibacterial and anti-radiation performances; and the antibacterial and anti-radiation fibers are reasonable in component design, so that the preparation cost is low, and the economic benefit is good.
