Abstract

一种真空保持型多段式真空发生器,具有输出端、压力输入端、以及大气输入端,其中该输出端内嵌接有第一排气管,该第一排气管由上至下依序设有一喷嘴、以及一控制活塞,该控制活塞与该喷嘴间设有一弹簧,使该控制活塞作动产生位移;另有一通道设于该真空发生器内,能够相通压力输入端与大气输入端,以导引压力与流体直至该输出端排出,当中能通过内部的真空吸力与弹簧的弹力,启闭喷嘴与排气管,使内部真空吸力得以保持最大,并关闭压力输入端的流体,用以达成节省气压源的目的;多段式真空发生器的内部结构通过增设副通道与常开式逆止阀,使内部结构上仍得以维持最大真空吸力,且无需增设大气输入端,仅需单一大气输入端,让结构更为简化。
A vacuum maintenance type multi-section vacuum generator is provided with an output end, a pressure inlet end, and an atmosphere input end, wherein a first exhaust pipe is connected into the output end in an embedded mode and provided with a nozzle and a control piston from top to bottom in sequence, a spring is arranged between the control piston and the nozzle, and thus, displacement is produced by action of the control piston; and in addition, a channel is formed in the vacuum generator and can communicate with the pressure input end and the atmosphere input end so that pressure and fluid can be guided to the output end to be discharged, the nozzle and the exhaust pipe can be opened or closed through interior vacuum suction and the elastic force of the spring, thus, the interior vacuum suction can be kept maximum, and the fluid in the pressure input end is stopped to achieve the purpose of saving a pneumatic supply. The interior structure of the multi-section vacuum generator is additionally provided with an auxiliary channel and a normally open check valve, so that the vacuum suction of the interior structure still can be kept maximum, no atmosphere input end needs to be additionally arranged, only one atmosphere input end is enough, and the structure is more simplified.
