Abstract

The invention relates to a numerical control machining device and a machining method. The numerical control machining device comprises a workbench, a positioning jig, a material storage mechanism, a material receiving box and a material receiving and discharging mechanism, wherein the positioning jig is arranged on the workbench and provided with a station for placing and positioning to-be-machined workpieces; the material storage mechanism is arranged on the workbench and used for storing the multiple to-be-machined workpieces stacked in a laminating mode; the material receiving box is arranged at one end of the workbench; and the material receiving and discharging mechanism is slidably arranged on the workbench and comprises a material receiving unit used for moving machined workpieces on the positioning jig into the material receiving box and a material discharging unit used for moving the to-be-machined workpieces placed in the material storage mechanism to the positioning jig. The workbench is provided with the material storage mechanism and the slidable material receiving and discharging mechanism, the multiple to-be-machined workpieces can be stacked in a laminating mode in one time, and the machined workpieces can be automatically placed into the material receiving box which is at one end of the workbench; and the automation degree and the operation efficiency are high, and the machining cost can be effectively reduced.
本发明涉及一种数控加工装置及加工方法,数控加工装置包括:工作台;定位治具,设置于所述工作台且具有用于放置和定位待加工工件的工位;储料机构,设置于所述工作台,用于存储层叠堆放的多个待加工工件;收料盒,设置于所述工作台的一端;收放料机构,滑动设置于所述工作台,所述收放料机构包括用于将所述定位治具上的加工后的工件移动至所述收料盒的收料单元以及用于将放置于所述储料机构的待加工工件移动至所述定位治具的放料单元。在工作台上设有储料机构以及设置有可滑动的收放料机构,可一次层叠放置多个待加工工件,并自动将加工后的工件放置于工作台一端的收料盒中,自动化程度高,作业效率高,能有效降低加工成本。
