Abstract

本发明公开了润滑油反应釜,包括反应釜、进油管和进氢管,所述反应釜包括反应罐和多个单元件,多个单元件重叠在反应罐的上方,进油管和进氢管均从反应罐的底部通入;每个单元件内部设置有多个活动挡板;所述单元件中空;所述反应罐底部内侧连接有压力感应器。进油管和进氢管均从反应罐的底部通入,加入的进油管和进氢管均从底部开始向上分布。通过反应釜底部内侧设置的压力感应器进行监测,当压力过大时,打开最底层的活动挡板,如果压力还是大,打开倒数第二层的活动挡板,以此类推。通过打开或者关闭活动挡板来调节反应釜内的压力。实现了对反应体系的压力进行控制的目的。
The invention discloses a lubricating oil reaction kettle which comprises a reaction kettle, an oil inlet pipe and a hydrogen inlet pipe, wherein the reaction kettle comprises a reaction tank and multiple single elements; the multiple single elements are overlapped above the reaction tank; both the oil inlet pipe and the hydrogen inlet pipe lead into the reaction tank from the bottom of the reaction tank; multiple movable baffle plates are arranged in each single element; the single elements are hollow; a pressure sensor is connected to the inner side of the bottom of the reaction tank. Both the oil inlet pipe and the hydrogen inlet pipe lead into the reaction tank from the bottom of the reaction tank, and both the added oil inlet pipe and hydrogen inlet pipe are distributed upwards from the bottom. The pressure sensor arranged on the inner side of the bottom of the reaction kettle is adopted for monitoring, the movable baffle plate of the bottommost layer is opened when pressure is excessively high, the movable baffle plate of the second bottommost layer is opened if the pressure is still high, and so on. The movable baffle plates are opened or closed to regulate the pressure in the reaction kettle, so that the aim of controlling the pressure of a reaction system is fulfilled.
