The invention discloses a compound rice preservative. The compound rice preservative rice is prepared from, by mass, 100 parts of deionized water, 5-10 parts of chitosan, 0.5-1 part of tea polyphenol, 1-5 parts of calcium lactate, 0.1-0.5 part of L-ascorbic acid, 5-10 parts of sucrose and 1-2 parts of beta-cyclodextrin. The compound rice preservative can make rice antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-mildew during long-term storage, prolongs the refreshing time of the rice and keeps the nutrition and taste of the rice.
